Boxes will be shipped within 2-5 days from receipt of full payment of purchase, except for made to order pieces. If your item is made to order or custom, please reference the item details as production time varies depending on the item. we do our best to estimate the production time as such, but due to the force of nature of handmade ceramics, we will also make sure to keep you up to date throughout the production process should any delays arise.
