We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy on your device’s screen.
Our products are handmade and one of a kind; slight variations are part of their character.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any geographic region or person.

4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Shipping times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for any customs duties that may apply to international shipments.
Any damage or loss during shipping will be handled according to the carrier's policies.

7. Returns and Damaged Goods
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at mariela@mariela-ceramica.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After this period, we cannot process any claims. Damage cases will only be reviewed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, text, and designs—is the property of Mariela Ceramica and may not be used without written permission.

9. Liability
We are not liable for any harm resulting from the use of our products unless required by law.
Our liability is limited to the purchase amount paid by the customer.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Mariela Ceramica is based.
